Note: If you are competing you must register for the convention as a BHNZ Member or BHNZ Youth Member, and will need your BHNZ ID. (What's my BHNZ ID? You can look up your BHNZ ID here).
All registrations include
- Admission to all contest sessions, including all rounds of the quartet and chorus contests
- Admission to the convention opening ceremony
- Admission to the Saturday evening concert featuring the champion quartets and choruses, plus our headline act "Three and a Half Men"
Note: There is no reserved seating to any event.
Registration Payment Options
- When registering, you will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Sunday lunch as well as purchasing convention caps, hoodies, polo shirts and t-shirts and make a donation.
- Choruses/chapters that wish to pay in bulk for their member's registrations must have advised this in advance by emailing convreg@barbershopharmony.nz, or else your members will not see the "My Chorus Will Pay" option. Otherwise, all individual registration payments must be by Credit Card.
- If your chorus or chapter is paying in bulk, DO NOT purchase any merchandise, pay for a lunch or make a donation as part of the "My Chorus Will Pay" option. Skip these options and use the separate Merchandise, Sunday Lunch Booking and Donate to Barbershop Foundation menu items and pay for these yourself.
Sunday Lunch
- The Sunday Lunch will be held at the Crown Plaza Hotel.
- Lunch bookings are optional and can be made during registration at a cost of $45 per person, or outside of the registration process at Sunday Lunch Booking

Barbershop Harmony NZ Foundation
During the regstration process, there is an option to provide a donation to the Barbershop Foundation. The Foundation provides funding to help BHNZ members access further learning experiences such as Harmony University. Outside of the registration process, you can make a donation at Donate to Barbershop Foundation.
**Casual Attendance and Saturday Evening Concert
- Up until 17 August, using the registration link below, will allow you to purchase the Friends and Family Package, which will provide access to all contest sessions, finals and the Saturday evening concert.
- From 18 August onwards tickets will need to be purchased via Humanitix, at the following prices:
- All Quartet contests admission - $15
- Chorus contest - $15
- Saturday evening concert - $35
